It was hot and muggy day at the Inner Harbor of Baltimore and at Luckie's Tavern, the action was equally hot. The winners, who will be representing Maryland at the World Series of Beer Pong V in Las Vegas, were the McAllister brothers who went 6-0 en route to their satellite championship. Their opponents in the finals, Results May Vary, took the eventual champs into the third overtimes before giving way to McAllister (video: regulation and overtime). In the third place was Steve from New York who grabbed Jeff (Running With Scissors and Short Bus) off the waiver wire to form New Jersey Smells Like Shit who made it all the way to the winners bracket finals (video). Our 4th place finishers was the new-look Silk who turned in their first tournament place showing of the year. The fifth and sixth place was won by Tobacco Road who defeated Blackout-a-bility.
